Gateway Pediatric Therapy is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and language delays. We provide home and clinic-based ABA services and are seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Design & implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans
Develop new programs & adjust current ones based on client needs
Collaborate with parents, directors, and the support network to review progress
Train, supervise, and support clinicians and therapists
Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, authorizations, and reports
Maintain a caseload of billable hours along with supervisory duties
Required Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master's degree with ABA coursework
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Valid driver's license & insured, reliable transportation
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English (Bilingual candidates receive increased base pay!)
Ability to communicate effectively with team members & adjust to client needs
