Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MES Solution Architect with deep expertise in Apriso and Manufacturing ExecutionSystems (MES). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, andimplementation of MES solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Lead client-facing workshops to gather and define functional and technical requirements.
--- Create conceptual architecture flows for identified epics.
--- Develop detailed designs, including functional process flows, business logic, and data model
descriptions.
--- Collaborate with Product Owners to decompose epics into actionable user stories.
--- Design user storyboards, including mockups, and review them with Product Owners for feedback and approval.
--- Lead internal testing efforts and ensure system quality before release.
--- Support Product Owners in accepting user stories by validating against defined criteria.
--- Establish and promote best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (required).
--- Master's Degree in a related field (preferred).
--- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a functional or technical role within Supply Chain, LES, MES,ERP, or Automation domains.
--- At least 8 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
--- Proven experience implementing Apriso software, especially in key modules such as Production,Quality, and Warehouse.
--- Strong understanding of the Apriso data model and Process Builder framework.
--- Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing MES solutions, including:
o Automation integration
o Production monitoring and execution
o Quality planning and execution
o Detailed scheduling and sequencing
o ERP interface development

Technical Skills:
--- Programming experience with C#, SQL/PL SQL, Java, and web-based technologies.
--- Familiarity with SAP or Oracle applications is a plus.
--- Experience using integration tools such as BizTalk Server, SAP Business Connector, or SAP PI is advantageous.
--- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred):
--- APICS, CPIM, or other relevant Business Process Certifications.
--- Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent strategic program certifications.
