Job Description:
A company is looking for a Carrier Relations Analyst to manage
relationships with carrier partners and analyze data for optimizing
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key carrier partners,
serving as the main contact for daily operations
Monitor and evaluate carrier performance against agreed KPIs and
address any arising issues
Identify opportunities for process optimization within carrier
management and collaborate with internal teams for improvements
Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
4 - 6 years of experience in carrier relations or a data-driven
role
Ability to analyze large sets of data to uncover insights related
to carrier performance
Experience managing multiple carrier accounts and tasks
simultaneously
Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal teams to
improve processes
