Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Generalist - Government
Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational requirements, compliance, and reporting for the
Government Banking department
Provide backup support for client interactions and transaction
processing
Manage onboarding and training of new support staff and coordinate
special projects
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in client and internal bank department
interactions
Undergraduate degree (4 years or equivalent) required
Proven ability to oversee department processes and procedures
Understanding of standard banking processes and core banking
requirements
Strong project and process management skills
