Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal
counsel on complex healthcare issues.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate various agreements including medical director
and vendor contracts
Provide legal support for accountable care organizations and
population health programs
Advise on federal and state regulatory requirements impacting
healthcare operations
Required Qualifications
Law degree from an ABA accredited law school
Three to five years of legal experience in healthcare, preferably
advising medical groups
Admission to at least one state bar and in good standing
Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including the
Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law
Experience with Medicare Advantage plans is a plus
