Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Recruiting Operations to lead
and innovate in the Recruiting Operations function.
Key Responsibilities
Review and enhance existing hiring practices and implement
necessary changes
Build and manage reporting, dashboards, and data analytics to
improve hiring efficiency
Serve as an internal change agent and external thought leader in
talent acquisition technology
Required Qualifications
Experience in recruiting operations or a related field
Strong understanding of talent acquisition technology and
processes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an
ambiguous environment
Experience in building training programs for hiring managers and
interviewers
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
