Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, R&D Learning Business Partner.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary learning business partner for sub-functional leaders, translating business priorities into learning strategies
Lead a team to design and implement tailored learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities and business transformation initiatives
Manage stakeholder relationships and influence leadership to integrate learning into business planning and decision-making processes



Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 4 years of related experience, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience
At least 4 years of experience directly managing people and/or leading teams, projects, or programs in learning and development
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic learning initiatives in a complex organization
Experience working closely with senior leadership to assess needs and drive business outcomes
In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
