mission and responsibilities will be to:The Product and Portfolio
Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development,
management, and strategic alignment of our product portfolios. This
role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, and
hands-on product management to ensure that our products meet
customer needs and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Specifically, you'll:Product Management:
- Lead, manage and develop a team of product managers supporting
the entire Industrial Tools & Attachments business.
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with
business goals.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer
feedback, market trends, and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful
product development and launch.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product
decisions and improvements.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive
landscape, market trends, and customer needs.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
to end-of-life.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing
channels to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and implement a strategy for managing the product
portfolio to achieve organizational goals.
- Allocate resources (budget, personnel, etc.) across different
products to maximize return on investment.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the portfolio,
including market, financial, and operational risks.
- Track and analyze the performance of the portfolio to ensure it
meets strategic objectives.
- Communicate portfolio performance and strategy to stakeholders,
including executives, investors, and team members.
- Balance short-term and long-term priorities across the
portfolio to ensure sustainable growth and innovation.Experience
and requirements:You're a curious problem solver who can bring big
ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large
organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with
precision to ensure we always deliver top-notch customer
experiences. You also have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
field.
- Minimum 10 years of product management experience or product
strategy role.
- Minimum 6 years of diversified leadership, building, mentoring,
and leading product management teams.
- At least 6 years of experience in strategy and delivery
experience in executing products.
- A clear record of leading teams to deliver impactful products
in collaboration with Engineering, Product Design, Analytics,
Marketing, and other functions.
- Preferred industry experience within Industrial Machinery
Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment or Construction Equipment
Manufacturing.We offer a competitive salary for the position, with
a range of $115,000 to $200,000 per year plus bonus, depending on
