Job SummaryConifer Health Solutions is seeking a Patient Access Site Director II to lead the daily operations of our Patient Access department. This role is responsible for implementing process improvements and ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate processing of patients through the Patient Access flow.Key Responsibilities

• Implement process improvement initiatives to achieve Conifer and client goals, focusing on meeting metrics and identifying areas of opportunity.
• Develop and implement action plans to address identified areas of improvement.
• Manage budgets and costs, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervise staffing activities, including documentation, selection, training, and growth/mentoring of staff.
• Collaborate with Client Services to address client needs and concerns related to Patient Access.
• Communicate issues and opportunities for improvement to management and address them proactively.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years of management experience in Revenue Cycle, Business Services, or Acute Health Care.
  • Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of Patient Access and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Work EnvironmentThis role requires the ability to work in an office and hospital setting, with occasional travel.
