Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to
manage financial operations across its FROs and ensure compliance
and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee AP/AR transactions and ensure timely and accurate monthly
closes
Provide financial oversight for grants and maintain detailed
financial reports
Assist with audit processes and prepare schedules for 990
filings
Required Qualifications
Experience in nonprofit accounting principles, including fund
accounting and government grants
Familiarity with audit processes and preparation of 990 forms
Understanding of federal grant compliance and management
Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting
Ability to collaborate effectively with finance and non-finance
team members
