Position Description:
We are seeking an individual who is highly self-motivated and
proactive in their work approach. The ideal candidate should
possess excellent time management skills, enabling them to
prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, keen attention to detail is crucial, as we value
thoroughness and precision in our projects. This role requires
someone who can independently manage their responsibilities while
maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines
consistently.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Maintaining and monitoring account operations support, project
schedules, resource assignments, budgets and expenditures.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions
from operations meetings.
In addition, will help manage:
Day-to-day account operations as assigned
Operations specific areas
Email management and follow-ups
Manage and track client requests
Perform Weekly Quality Checks
Escalations from Management
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and communication skills
Desired experience, abilities and/or aptitude:
* Continuous self-development and improving job-related skills
* Intake and retain information
* Initiative to solve problems
* Ability to engage others in conversation
* Ability to actively listen and respond in a positive, empathetic
manner

determination of this range includes various factors not limited to
skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $40,000
- $51,400.
